Q. - How do I become part of the QTS network?

Q. – How will I receive calls?

A. – Currently, we are dispatching calls by phone or fax.  Soon, we will be able to send calls electronically, through our web-based system.

Q. – Do I have to have a certain software package to receive calls electronically?

A. – No.

Q. – How do I submit my invoices?

A. – You can mail your invoices, fax or enter them on-line for even faster processing.

Q. – What are the rates?

A. – We have two rate structures.  You can view them both when you complete the sign up screens and choose the rate structure that is best for you.

Q. – How often do you pay?

A. – We currently mail checks every Wednesday for all invoices that have been submitted and approved for payment.

Q. – How is my area of coverage assigned?

A. – One of the sign up screens allows you to list the towns and zip codes you cover.  We ask that you include zip codes that you can normally respond to within 30 – 45 minutes.
      


Signup Insructions
Click on SPs at the head of the home page
Then, click on the words "New SP Signup"
Then, click on the words "click here if you don’t have an id or code"
Then, enter your phone number and zip code
Complete the next screen, most importantly your email address.

You should receive your ID # and authorization code within 1 business day.

Once you receive the codes, you can click "New SP Signup"
Then, enter the ID and authorization code
Complete the sign up screens and you may then access your account.
